Privacy Policy

0n1studios.com · Last updated 15 July 2026

This policy covers the 0n1 website. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked below.

In short. This website has no accounts and no tracking cookies. We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits — it sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and doesn't build profiles of visitors. We don't sell anyone's data.

1Who we are

0n1 Studios (a sole proprietorship), makes privacy-first games ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@0n1studios.com.

2The website

This is a static marketing website. It does not require an account and does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless measurement tool — to understand aggregate traffic (such as page views and visit counts). It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint or track you across sites, and collects no personal information. We run no advertising scripts. As with any website, our hosting provider may process basic server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.

3Fonts & third parties

Every typeface on this site is served from our own domain — no font is fetched from Google or anyone else, so no third party learns you were here. Forms that accept input (the notify form and the greeter) use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; it is a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA and does not track you across sites. We embed no third-party trackers.

4The greeter

The contact page has an optional AI greeter. It is not a person, it only answers from this site's own pages, and you never have to use it — everything it knows is on the site, and email reaches a human either way.

It only runs if you accept. Before you can type, the greeter tells you what it is and what happens to the conversation; that acceptance is what starts it. If you don't accept, nothing is sent and nothing is stored.

If you do: what you type is sent to Anthropic, which runs the language model that answers you, under Anthropic's Privacy Policy. They are our only processor for this, and they do not train models on it. We store the conversation, the pages the greeter read to answer, and your IP address for 90 days, then delete it automatically.

We keep it for one reason: to check the greeter's answers are accurate. A machine answering questions about our games is only trustworthy if somebody reads what it actually said. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or building any picture of you, and it is never sold or shared.

Please don't type anything personal into it — it doesn't need any of it, and it can't act on it. To have a conversation deleted before the 90 days are up, email contact@0n1studios.com.
